Processing Procedure

Upon entering the cells the arresting officer is responsible for the entirety of processing to include determining adequate charges, answering any questions the suspect may have, issuing fines and sentencing, and completing the report before returning back to duty.
Officers may produce evidence and justification as to what warranted the arrest to create an atmosphere of understanding and compliance however at no point should litigation occur in the cells.
Suspect will make the following pleas and the process is as follows:
Guilty - Not contesting charges
They will be sentenced for the registered time and be issues the correct fine.
Not Guilty - Contesting charges
Check if there is DOJ available:
Yes -> Contact them and carry out arraignment / trial
